the company I worked for , for 14yrs and myself are being sued by a customer who claims i stole a watch from there property on a service call. At the time it happened I went to police station and talked with a detective where I told them I didnt and have never in 14yrs stole anything from a customer. It ended at that with them having no evidence just this customers claim of the theft. Now the customer is sueing me and my fathers company. I am just looking for information on where this could go and what could happen.
