Hi Can fire employee without warning notice?

Virginia is a 'right to work' state which means that in general, an employer can terminate an employee for no reason, for a good reason, or for a bad reason. The only thing an employer cannot do is terminate an employee for an illegal reason (discrimination, retaliatory action etc).
