A charge that was nolle prossed can be expunged from your criminal record.  A court has discretion in whether to expunge a particualr matter.  Therefore, your prior juvenile matter could keep you from the expungement, but if the juvenile matter was a long time ago then you ought to be able to get the petty larceny charge expunged.
