I know that my ex is smoking marijuana in the house, with the kids there. how much and what type of evidence do i need to ensure a strong case against her.

Hello. My ex and I have been divorced for three years now. We have joint custody of our two children. I pay $700/mo to her, ordered by the state. I have the kids two nights a week. I drive them to school in the morning, pick them up and keep them all day until she is off work. I provide all three meals to them during the week. When I look in the fridge at their moms house, there is usually no food in it. My 8 year old says that when they DO eat dinner at moms house, its either ramen or popcorn. I know that my ex is smoking marijuana in the house, with the kids there. I constantly find paraphernalia laying around the house and smell it in the mornings. How much and what type of evidence do I need to ensure that my case is strong enough to take full custody away from her? I take pictures of what I find and am keeping a journal.
