How do i get a deed to secure debt lien removed from my home that i purchased 13 years ago that was missed by the closing attorney. it was filed in 1992.

The builder from 1992 apparently did not pay the building supply company who filed the lien. I did not purchase the home until 1998 and I also did not purchase title insurance. Does thie lien ever expire and  the original closing attorney keep records that long? I think they should be reponsible since they did not catch this. I don't want to be on the hook for something I did not know about nor was not a part of. Thank you!

If you want anyone to be responsible for it you're going to need to go out and get an attorney, especially since you did not get title insurance.  You'll need to file some sort of quiet title action.

It also depends on how long liens are good for in GA.  That question I cannot answer.
