Civil rico case/ judgment time limit

Hi, I have a judgment in a civil case in the state of California, USA. The Judge hasn't given me the paper work or approved of the judgment. The case was initiated in 2008. How long would it take since the defendants are playing the time game?

Are you Black?

Due to Black People making Multi-Million Dollar Salaries in the NFL, NBA, MLB etc & in the Entertainment Industry (Rap, Hip-Hop & Reggae + Actors & Actresses like Oprah & Michael Jackson) along with other Multi-Million Dollar Professions held by Negros (Dr. Ben Carson etc), the Courts have determined that Black People are too Rich & don't need any more money.
In fact, the Courts may soon start asking Black People for donations to pay for Police Salaries.
You might try to ask the Court if you owe them any money.
I hope this helps.
