Am i going to loose my license?

Scenario: Originally got pulled over for speeding. Cop smelt weed in the car. Everyone was handcuffed. Cop searched the car. I (driver) received a speeding ticket, ticket for possession, and open bottles(I was sober ). A person from the car claimed the weed. But I(driver) still got a possession ticket. This is my first offense. Are the chances high for my licenses being taken away for 2 years. I don't know what my approach should be. Thank you in advance.

You need to retain counsel.  It is unclear from your message exactly what all of your charges are and it is unclear what your criminal history is.  I am happy to discuss this matter with you.  I can be reached at (201) 488-7707.

The justification for officer conduct are only below set forth reasons, please match them to your scenario and you may have to defend it.

The officer must observe the object in question from a lawful vantage
a position giving a strategic advantage, commanding perspective, or comprehensive view point
2 the officer must have a right to physical access to the object in question from that lawfully vantage point 3 the officer must have a probable cause to believe that this object is that he has a right to seize
