I was in a retail store shopping. On a back wall they had shoes on the bottom shelf. I bent down to pick up the shoes and when up my head the corner of the shelf stabbed me in the head. I went to Med Express for a horrible headache and paid for the visit. I attempted to be reimbursed for my visit and was informed by the insurance company that the store was not responsible for my injury. However, I revisited the store after the incident and they rearranged the shelf so that it is not overlapping with the other shelf. Now you will not hit your head while shopping on the bottom rack for shoes. How can I pursue this?
