What is the likelihood of extradition or , let alone, conviction?

I am an Australian citizen currently residing in Australia, accused of raping my gf of 10 months(she initially filed charges) but she was hospitalised and was tested for rape (she says she probably released some stress hormone) because i was rough and she was scared as a result of her history of rape and thus sensitivity. She bled and its why shes in hospital after forensic testing im wondering what my chances are, using some rough figure, given she doesn't want to press charges anymore and me only having visited the country for 3 days aswell as her having a history of telling me to go hard and not stop regardless of what she says (evidence on skype) if there is some evidence of stress and tear if she wants to testify it was consensual.I don't have scratches, there are no witnesses, there were apparently mild bruises on fingertips upon locking hands and no witnesses to the ''crime''I do not have a criminal historyI was initially jailed 3 days before being released due to a lack of evidence at the time, but now, apparently, sufficient evidence has surfaced to warrant an extradition (although not certain yet)What are my chances of extradition or let alone a conviction?

These are very serious charges. Extradition will depend on the Extradition Treaty between Australia and the US or on the agreement between US and the country you are found and arrested. These are public forums hence no privacy, privilege, or confidentiality. Please do not communicate by Internet, phones, or texts. Do in person meeting with verified attorneys. Cannot a Criminal Defense attorney experienced in sex crimes. Most states have very draconian type sex crimes law with the possibility of life time incarceration and also many many years of sex offender registration. Expect to pay about $50,000 to $100,000.00 in legal fees and costs. All the best.
