I am a student and I have dual citizenship (USA and Saudi Arabia) and I'm on a full scholarship from Saudi Arabia's Government (Ministry of Higher Education). The scholarship pays for tuition directly to college and I receive direct deposit into my account for books, supplies and living expenses. Am I required to file income tax return? do I have to pay taxes? Note: I go to school full time and don't work.
