I work for a popular fast food resturaunt; last night, a customer got a chicken sandwich with a tooth in it! He brought it up to the counter and the lower-level manager standing behind me just said, "Oh," and turned around to get food from the kitchen. She mentioned it to the Assistant Manager (highest position present at that time) who was in the kitchen, and I expected him to come around to speak to the customer, but he never did. The customer left, angry. I myself am disgusted by the situation. Is there anything I can personally do even though I was not the victim?
