I just want to know weekday else can i possibly be looking at with the person

I was accused of side swiping another car and pretty much fleeing the scene only i never was a part of it the woman is probably upset that my girlfriend flipped her off because she was driving insane to pass us up and even took the extent of driving on the on coming side of the street. I have been cleared through my car insurance because there was no matching damage on my vehicle, can the person still sue me?
