If a schools administration calls down a student to question them about a picture they have of a party over the weekend and there is no alcohol in the picture and are accusing student of drinking and say they have proof and are forcing student to admit to drinking it this legally okay to do?

Hi there!

First, please allow me to apologize for the long awaited reply, I had not seen your email until now.

In regards to the allegation of under - aged drinking outside of school premises, would you be able to indicate whether there were other photos taken other than the one you know about?

Secondly, are you aware whether or not there were reports given by other students, acting in effect as witnesses, bearing in mind that such statements could be regarded as 'evidence'?

Kind regards

George
