My father left a living will however he did not include his DNR prefernce, nor Power of Attorney, and negleted to add my name to the bank accout. <p>He is now in the hospital for over a week due to 3 heart attacks and has been put under setation in addtion having done on and off Dyialisis since admitance to the hospital he is also breathing on a ventialator and had severare congestion in his lungs with fluid..</p> <p>There are bills now coming in However i have no way to pay for them and i am having a difficult time tracking down his Primary Doctor to discuss the need for Conservetorship ... To be able to take care of the bills, and like ect.</p> <p>Unknown time line on recovery and prognossis at this point on my father as of yet and i am not sure how to get the Doctors to understand why this is important. Much less be able to find the primary doctor to talk to him in additon to the fact that he may or may not get better in the mean time i am aware i need 2 Doctors to sign off on this as well as another family member and it can take 1 or 2 weeks to get though the court processs</p> <p>Further more i allready have his Sister ageed to be the second family member to sign for this however she lives out of state</p> <p>Not to mention that they have yet to run a MRI, CT SCAN OR EEG on him since his inital admitance to the hospital</p> <p> </p>
