Surviving children treated unfairly

2 children who lost their biological father were later cut out of his mother's (their grandmother's) will. They have not seen the will, but were told this by the only surviving sibling of their father. Do the children (ages 18 and 23) have any option of taking legal action to receive their fair half of the sale of her home?
