The trial for the man accused in the Tucson, Ariz., shooting that left six people dead and 13 wounded could be moved out of the state, according to a published report. Jared L. Loughner's trial could wind up being held in San Diego, the Washington Post reported Monday, citing unnamed law enforcement sources. The trial would be shifted out state because of the pre-trial media coverage and publicity the event has generated in Arizona. |
