Sometimes they talked on cellphones and worried about being recorded. It turned out someone was, in fact, listening. In a dramatic escalation of a large investigation into illegal insider trading, U.S. authorities said Thursday that they had arrested and charged four more people and announced that a fifth person had pleaded guilty in the scheme.
