Appeal Denied---OJ Simpson to Remain Behind Bars

OJ Simpson will remain behind bars for the foreseeable future after the Nevada Supreme Court declined to overturn his 2008 conviction. Simpson was convicted for armed robbery and kidnapping and sentenced to 9-33 years at a state prison.

He appealed his conviction on the grounds of an unfair trial, claiming that the jury was prejudiced due to Simpson's being acquitted of double-murder in 1994.
