Lindsay Lohan Settles 'Milkaholic' Lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan and E*Trade have reached a settlement in their case involving the "milkaholic" commercial. In the ad, a baby apologizes to a female baby for not calling the night before, saying he was using E*Trade. The female baby then accuses the baby of spending time with "that milkaholic Lindsay . . ." Another baby then appears and says "milk-a-what?"

Lohan filed suit, arguing that the second female baby was her and that the milkaholic reference reflected negatively on her and attempted to show a "drunken state of mind." Neither party involved explained the terms of the settlement.
