Judge Resigns After Alleged Relationship with Prosecutor

Fri Apr 23, 2010 A Florida judge has stepped down from the bench after details about an alleged inappropriate relationship with a prosecutor continued to be revealed. Judge Ana Gardiner was accused of exchanging hundreds of phone calls and emails with a prosecutor who was trying a death penalty case in front of Judge Gardiner.
