Winnipeg brawl nets manslaughter charge against teen

Mon Aug 22, 2011 CBC News A 17-year-old girl faces a manslaughter charge in the aftermath of a deadly melee between two families that spilled onto a Winnipeg street early Saturday. Police said that around 2:50 a.m. Saturday officers were called to the 1000 block of Garfield Street N after a brawl erupted between two families who had been socializing at a house party.
