A Montreal taxi driver fighting to keep personal and religious items displayed in his cab has been denied the right in a Montreal court.

A judge at the Montreal municipal courthouse decided Thursday that the taxi bylaw forbidding personal items does not infringe on driver Arieh Perecowicz's rights.
