WINDSOR, Ont. -- Some criminals live on in infamy.

Others make a name for themselves by doing something so senseless that the police can't help but catch them.

According to a news release from Chatham-Kent police, a Chatham man stole the title of Dumbest Criminal of the Year after he called police and explained in detail how he committed the crime.
