TORONTO -- An aspiring New York actress and singer accused of abducting a baby last week from a fake casting call is set to appear in Toronto court Tuesday.

 

Michelle Marie Gopaul, 24, has been in police custody since she was denied bail on Saturday.

 

A one-month-old baby went missing on Dec. 30 in Toronto.
