Col. Russell Williams pleads guilty

Col. Russell Williams has pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder in a Belleville, Ont., courtroom.

As Williams was arraigned on the counts of murder on Monday, he replied quietly: “Guilty your honour.”

The brother and mother of murder victim Jessica Lloyd sat in the courtroom staring at him, showing virtually no emotion. The mother held a large framed photo of her daughter.
