Boy, 12, charged with murder

A 12-year-old boy has been charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of a 14-year-old girl in northern Manitoba, RCMP said late Tuesday. Police said Marilyn Alicia Agnes Munroe died on Monday of a stab wound she suffered at a home in the community of Oxford House First Nation, located about 950 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg.
