I'm thinking of starting a retail video game store in my area of ontario and was thinking of maybe adding a pay to play section into the store as there is not many options for entertainment for the youth of our area, could be a good draw to the store. Just was looking on information as if i need a separate license or buy special rental copies or any info really. Thank you to those who answer, much appreciated.

Hi, yes you need to obtain a license to carry out such activity. The normal license granted is for personal use only. The holder of the rights is usually identified on the game and you may wish to engange someone to negotiate it for you.
Hope this helps.
