My rights as a permanent resident of Canada were taken away by my own parents by tricking me to get stuck into this island. I am 17 years old and i believe that this is neglegency. I have been locked up in this one house and no rights to leave the house or their sight for four months now. I am not allowed to have visitors nor see anybody. My rights to go to school and work were taken away too. I believe that this is very inhuman for a 17 year old whos turning 18.
On the second day that i got in Philippines, my very own uncle took my Permanent Resident Card and Passport and brought it to US with him. They have tried to deprive my liberty by bribing people to put me to rehab and 2 different mental instituion which they didnt succeed at, the psychiatrists told them they have issues and not me. My character has been defamed as well because my Auntie told the pyschiatrist, i go out at night to look for drugs, i aborted my own child. I havent seen her for 10 years.
I really need help because this is not acceptable to do this to anybody. My parents and all of my sisters are in Canada, i am the only one theyre doing this to. Note also that I couldnt phone the embassy because My own cellphone got taken away, theyre scared that id ask for help. This is all i have right now and please take it to consideration.

I should add that, since you are a minor, you require the permission of your parents or guardians to make applications or provide information to the Canadian government. In the situation you describe, this may be difficult. Also, your status as a minor may affect the determination of your PR status if and when you try to return to Canada. As I mentioned above, you would be wise to contact a Canadian immigration lawyer at that time.
