Question:

How can someone be accused of being 25% at fault for an accident that I wasn't directly involved in nor can i find a Lawyer willing to fit this for me?

Thank you for your inquiry. A few more details would be helpful. Were you the registered owner of the vehicle? If so did you consent from the driver operating the vehicle? Assuming you were not present during the collision what is your understanding of how the crash occurred?
