Question:
If I had to leave a job do to a previous permanent impairment from another job and had to take a job for less pay should I not be compensated?

Details:
19 years ago I was injured at work - I was 17 years old at the time. I was assesed a permenate impairment and given a monthly penison - it was eventual paid out in a lump sum 6 or so months after the acedient I left that job. 6 years ago I was awarded a lump sum for chronic pain.
10 years ago I was working for a company but do to my previous injury I had to stop because the job was making the injury worse. I then had to find another job to which was much lower in pay.
