I recently purchased a cohabatation agreement on line at Law Depot.com. I filled in all areas pertaining to our situation. We both opted out of legal advise and have a document stating that and signed it, As we all ready understood everything legally about our agreement. It was witnessed and signed by a lawyer and notorized. My question is: is this a legal document or do I have to have it drawn up by a lawyer and pay $1000.00 to have it done?
