I was taken advantage of at a dealership and paid a deposit before I saw any paperwork and signed anything. I asked for my money back and he's not giving it to me. The contract states in fineprint that the deposit is non-refunable. I paid before I even saw paper work!! He was very misleading with everything and I told him I will sue him if I do not recieve my deposit back. He told me he will sure me for the price of the car? can he do this?
