i hsve a 4 month old son and his father wants to have him over night and i few times durring the week ..am i allwoed to say know .he has been going with 2 times a week but my babys father has no job ,no car ,and hasnt helped me support him in any way..he dont listen to what i say (he was really sick and didnt want him in public and he took him anyways ) he comes back home and he smells .so what am i allowed to say and do without going to court
