I'm wondering about registering a similar business name in Ontario.
The name I would like to use is "PLAYERS EDGE SPORTS PRINTS", but after doing a name search I found "PLAYERS EDGE SPORT PHOTOGRAPHY."
I also did a Trademark search using NUANS and found "PLAYERS EDGE PHOTOGRAPHY & DESIGN."
Am I in the clear to use my name, or is it too similar and/or confusing with the other two names?

From the information you provide, I strongly advise you to come up with a different name. The distinctive part of the name you wish to use is "players edge" and that term appears to be used in at least one other name and a trade-mark. Not only are you risking legal action by the owners of the pre-existing names, you will have trouble building goodwill around a name that is not sufficiently distinct. If you can come up with something more distinct, you will be much better off.
Cheers,
