I have just been served to appear in court, my ex want full support and custody. I have endless e mails from her saying she just wants the money and will not discuss our daughters mental needs. I have a letter from the school phycologist requesting that she have a full mental evauation done which my ex will do nothing about. My daughter also tried to commit suicide in August of 2010. i was informed of this shortly after her attempt and raced to the hospital only to be refused entry in to see my daughter (by my ex). I then gave the paper from the phycologist to the head nurse who then had a crissis worker from the Homewwod come evauluate her. The next day i recieved a call from my ex who proceeded to call me the "hero" and then proptley cut off all communication with me which i also have in e mails. I feel as though i am being alienated by my ex, who also is diagnosed as bi polar and manic depressive. We have a shared parenting agreement in place which she does not follow whatsoever. My question is how do i submit these papers to the court, how do i prove that she has alienated my daughter from me and how do i collect back child support from her seeing she makes alot more money than i do, the shared parenting agreement was signed in 2006. I cannot afford a lawyer and have to do this on my own. What form do i need to fill out to produce these recomondation and e mails from her into court. Please help, i'm lost.
Thank You
Rob

You are describing what appears to be a very serious and complex case. It is beyond the scope of this website for anyone to direct you as to how to litigate this case.
You must ensure that you comply with any timelines set out on the papers that were served on you (for example, you don't say whether this was a notice of motion that might give you only a few days to respond and appear in court, or whether a court application where you normally have 30 days to file a response).
If you need direction on what to write in your responding materials or which forms to use you should see whether you qualify for legal aid so that you can get a free or reduced-rate lawyer. If you don't qualify for legal aid you may still be able to get some basic advice at a free legal aid clinic or through a free advice program at your local law school.
