Does my baby's father have any legal rights while the baby is in womb? He is threatening to take me to court for a ordered abortion. Is there even such a thing?

No. Your boyfriend has no right to do such a thing. However, he will have an obligation to pay you child support to assist with the expenses of raising your child. If he does not agree to pay this on a voluntary basis you have the right to take him to court to get a child support order.
