I was a passenger in a vehicle heading eastbound on a green light, A van travelling on the opposite direction(westbound) attempting to make a left turn runs the red light turn signal and hits my vehicle and the impact caused my vehicle to hit another car travelling northbound and stopped at the red light. I now suffer from lower back pain, knees and leg pains to the point where I can not walk up/down the stairs and/or care for myself without stuggle. I am currently going to therapy and seeing a chiropracter. Since I was the passenger of the car that was hit and I am not under the car insurance how can I get money for injury and inability to work due to the pain? What measures must I take because the insurance lawyer is asking for my income statements from 3 years ago. The accident occured over 2 months and I have not heard nothing nor received nothing in the mail no forms nor money. I feel like a sitting duck. What can I do to get financial assistance etc.
