In my will, I would like to add a special wish, (request, or declaration), but I was wondering if it is a resonable wish to state on a will.
It is: "It is my wish that whatever inheritance my three children, (name, name, and name), may acquire, that it is to stay with them, in the event of a Marriage/Family Separation. If any of my children are married, or living in a common-law relationship, my wish is that they seek Legal Advise, and have Legal Contracts drawn up, to further protect their inheritance, to the extent permitted by law. The Fees for this Legal Service, and the Fees to have Legal Contracts drawn up, are to be paid for from the estate."

Much of the answer depends on the relationship with each of the children and depending on your jurisdiction, the legislation and legal precedent, so not easy to answer without a full background understanding.
