Rcmp fraud check

Hi,
I got caught shoplifting at The Bay couple weeks ago and police did not lay charge against me but just a trespassing ticket of $65. Police told me there will be no criminal record at all but an incident occurrence record. I just have a new job and the employer did a background check before this incident happened. Now my problem is my employer need to do another RCMP Fraud Check through the Securities Fraud Centre to see if I am related to any criminal fraud charges, will this shows up of such report? And is there any way I can request to have the record removed after several years?

Thank you

It shouldn't show up. You have never been charged.
