i was in an accident on feb 3 2007 i sustained whiplash in the accident but it never bothered me until about a year and a half ago and has pretty much turned my life upside down i cant enjoy my life due to the C2 disc slipped in my neck and the muscels in my neck do not want to work well causing migrains every day or every other day i am in physio due to the migrains and the C2 disc slipped and muscles not working as well as the migrains im tired of living my life on edge because i cant live my life normally cause i know at some point through out the day that i am going to have a migrain i want to know if i can sue even after four year?Help

hey thanks for replying i realize that there is the 2 year period in which to file with the insurance company but in this case i did suffer from whiplash as i was told by the doctor i see nat emerg the day of the accident.. he had said that the whiplash could get better or it could get worse in time..in my case it has gotten worse the last year and a half as i deal with a migrain other every day or every other day from the whiplash i endured during the accident..if there is anyway to do a over the phone consultation that would be great. u can email me at twogood4u20@hotmail.com and i can give u my number that way.....thanks and look forward to hearing from uRe
