my friend and I were standing literally infront of the curb in a plaza before it made a 90 degree turn to the other end of the plaza, the street has a side for both ways to drive. a dodge caravan (van) approached, he honked at my friend he moved, and i moved my hand out implying he has more than enough space to drive, and was not neccessary to honk at all. he speeds up and right before running over the back of both of my feet, he honks just a little. he gets out and starts yelling telling ME, that im going to be put in jail. Now my entire right foot is swollen, it seems as if a bone is out of place (i went to the doctors today) , what can I do?
