My daughter(pedestrian) was hit by a car crossing the street.There are no idependant witnesses.She clams she had the right of way and of course the driver says the same.The driver left the scene to go park his car in a near by location, and my daughter also left the scene to continue home. According to the officer that latter came to the house along with the driver no one can be charged because both parties left the scence of an accident and there are no witneses. can you pls give some advice thanks
