Assaulted in guvernment nightclub

I was jumped in the bathroom at Guvernment nightclub.  I don't know who did it as i was knocked unconcious.  There were no bouncers in the bathroom that night.  What do i do? I'm sure the club has cameras in there as my gf was waiting for me outside the bathroom and watched a bunch of them run into the bathroom.<br /><br />I didn't file a police report as i was in need of medical attention right away. <p>Is there even any point in following up on this? </p>

Nightclubs are generally responsible for reasonably maintaining a safe premises under the Occupiers’ Liability Act. Maintaining security personnel at all times within a bathroom is not normally considered reasonable, but there are many other facts to the case that may give rise to liability.

I agree with Daniel though, issues of limitations (how long ago this happened) and damages (extent of injuries) are more of a primary consideration before considering whether you want to pursue a claim.
