Company A has a contract X with company B. I want to get into contract X but with one of the directors of company A. Other directors of Company A have agreed, however Company C has refused to change the name in Contract X since company A is in their marketing material. How can I go about this?

I am sorry, this question makes little sense. It is not easy to understand what is meant by "getting in to" contract X. It is also not clear who the parties to the contract are. Is it Company A and B? What role does Company C have?
Do you want to take over an existing contract as one of the contracting parties? Perhaps if you can set this out a little more clearly, you can get some help.
