Please note that this is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice to you. Legal advice pertaining to your particular situation can only be provided by a lawyer who has met with you to obtain all pertinent background information necessary to give you a formal legal opinion. So if damages are done then the LSUC will do something?
My stbx has a lawyer on record but will not take himself off per the rules and he tells me he does not rep the ex anymore. LSUC did nothing. Why do self rep ppl have to follow the rules but not the lawyers?

Most of the time LSUC protects Lawyers and the system, not consumers, good luck getting them to do anything.

Allso if you try to resolve a matter with LSUC and you dont agree with there review,it appers that it is allmost imposible to find a lawyer that will help you afture trying to deal with LSUC,no matter how much evidance you have, they seem to control everything.
So my advice to anyone would be to stay away from LSUC'S
