i went to a spa and they are refusing to refund me for the spa treatment( hot stone massage) and to cover the costs for the perscriptions and medical supplies i had to get after one of their massage therapists put burning rocks on my backk. (the rocks were above the tempurature that they should have been and past skin burning point). they have agreed to refund me the 60$ for the massage but ive missed work, had to go to a doctor,get perscriptions and to pick up all the other medical supplies for this bandaid. and im just asking another 50-100 more due to the above. the doctor also said its possible i will need to get plastic surgery in the future too if i feel discomfort.
