I have been served a motion to change and a motion for an interim order to change. I have replied to the motion for an interim order as there is no court date for the final motion and I have 30 days to respond.
My question is that I wish to being my own motion. Do I need to provid an additional copy of my affidavit with my motion or is one copy enought for my reply to thier action and supporting for my own action since it is all in the same file?
Thank you

The more copies you have for the Court Clerk, the better. The Court Clerk (if nice) will let you know how many copies they need. When going to Court on the motion date, it's always good to bring extra copies of the materials you filed/will be relying on just in case the materials got lost.
