Principles of natural justice

Hi, I would like to know what kind of procedures to be followed by an administrative tribunal in terms of "right to be heard" and "right to have a notice" when someone's career at stake?Thank you

There is a strong right to be heard the more important or valuable the administrative tribunal. The first place to look is the Tribunal's rules of practice. If that is not a good source, then the Administrative Tribunals Act sets out parameters for many BC Administrative Tribunals.

When in doubt, you should probably call a lawyer who helps people with administrative law.
