Obfuscate ownership of corporation/ structure for tax

I am pretty much done building my platform. We expect to alpha text end of month latest and beta in March. I just have some question about legal structure. What would be the most economical and effective way to obfuscate ownership of Corporation? Assuming this corp is running platform as a service internationally (think niche social network) where would be the best place to incorporate in respect to taxes and making it as difficult as possible to sue. What type of lawyer would be best for this? If you owned a social network operating internationally (users coming from multiple countries) which was generating over 1m in annual rev but under 6m at 30% ebitda how would you structure it? Thanks any help is appreciated
