What does "held" mean in a recorded court case?

Hello, this is for an assignment. I'm looking at a recorded case and it says the following, "The Court of Appeal conducted a fresh analysis and reduced the sentence to four and one‑half years’ incarceration for sexual interference and to eighteen months’ incarceration to be served concurrently for attempted extortion. The Crown appeals to the Court from the Court of Appeal’s interference with the sentence for the sexual interference offence. Held: The appeal should be allowed and the sentence imposed by the sentencing judge for sexual interference restored". I need to do a FIDO case analysis, and I'm not sure if what is listed for "Held" falls under the final decision that is made, or if it is something that is kept in mind.
